After immigrating to the United States from Jamaica, my mom obtained her high school diploma and earned a degree in Computer Networking Technology, while working part-time and taking care of me.
My father began working in construction after my parents resettled in the U.S. He now owns his own construction and remodeling company.
Together, my parents were able to build the life they had always dreamed of — a secure and stable home for themselves and for me.
I’m proud to say that I graduated law school with honors in under three years, becoming the first attorney in my family.
I passed the Florida bar on my first attempt, and later decided to open my very own immigration law firm . I’ve helped clients from all walks of life successfully navigate the immigration process and overcome considerable obstacles.
The life I’ve built allows me to enjoy time with my family, travel as often as I can, and even give back to the community by offering pro bono representation to low-income clients through a local legal clinic.
